Warranty Policy

Our Warranty is paid out with a store credit that can be used to purchase products on our website:

  • If you report the account recovery within the first two months from the purchase date, you will receive 100% of the total summary as store credit.

  • If you report the account recovery within the first six months from the purchase date. you will receive 50% of the total summary as store credit.

  • If you report the account recovery within the first twelve months from the purchase date, you will receive 25% of the total summary as store credit.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Our warranty does not transfer to third parties. Trading a account you've purchased from JuicyAccounts to a third party person will break the warranty.

  • Our warranty will not be valid if the accounts condition has been changed after the purchase.

    By "changed", we mean:
    - Modifying the email
    - Character transfers to another battle.net account
    - Name changes (changing the registered name on the account)
    - Country changes (changing the registered country on the account)
    - Suspensions
    - Account locks and closures

  • Faking that an account has been recovered by the original owner or another previous owner is not allowed, this breaks our warranty.

  • Account/Character progressions does not effect compensation amount given with store credits upon used warranty.

We do not cover:

  • Suspensions
  • Account Closures
  • Trading accounts with third parties
  • In-game exploiting
  • Usage of illegal softwares
  • Account sharing
